41 west 24th street by Madison Square Park to become affordable luxury apartments 24 Madison Park

Amid NoMad’s booming luxury residential market, GRJ is seeking to keep luxury relatively affordable. Graham and Gregory Jones, the principals of GRJ, are converting 41 West 24th Street into 12 apartments, 10 of which will be available to rent. The apartments, which are all three-bedrooms, will range in price from $4,500 to $6,000 per month. The building will be called 24 Madison Park.

GRJ means it when they say “luxury.” All units will feature heated bathroom floors, touchless toilets, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. The location, right next to Madison Square Park, is a luxury in and of itself.

New residences seem to be popping up in NoMad all the time. 212 Fifth Avenue, formerly a part of the Ring Portfolio, is also in the process of being converted into apartments. 24 Madison Park has not released an official renting date yet, but based on pictures from Curbed, the apartments are looking very ready to be put on the market.
